  • To Handle CivilCriminal Labour cases in various courts
  • Effectively handle pending cases of district courtsLabour courts/Labour office High courts & supremecourts.
  • Manage litigations Prelitigationrecovery matters claims and disputes in matters relating tocoustomers vendors / service providers employees/labour and otherstakeholders filed by or against the company and/or itsofficals.

Approvals andLicenses:

  • To preparedocumentation for filling applications/renewals of various licensesand approvals under environment laws Factory & Labour Laws andother applicable Acts/Rules from different governmentdepartments/authorities.
  • Liaising andcoordinating with concerned departments /authorities replying toqueries and ensuring timely renewal ofapprovals/licenses.

Compliance Monitoring

  • To monitor statutory compliances of thecompany.
  • To file various statutoryreturns/reports under various laws timely

Contract Management

  • Vetting drafting negotiating and finalizingseveral commercial agreements/contracts. B.G. Lease deeds IndemnityBand etc. in close coordination with respectivedepartments.

LegalResearch & Updation

  • Updation regarding changes law and orders passed bySupreme courts/High courts/ NGT etc. to the management highlightingtheir implications on the company.
  • Researchanalyses and identity applicable laws and amendments therein havinglegal risks and implications which may potentially affect thecompanys business and prospects and prepare memos or positionstatements to keep the senior management of all business verticalsinformed of such laws and amendments/developments

QualificationLLB/LLM (LLB is must full time)

Industry Manufacturing/Auto/ ProcessIndustry

Any specific skillsWell versed with the litigation management compliance monitoringcontract management etc.
