Job Description - Sales Head


Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on Ecommerce, and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading a high-performance sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.


Responsibilities


Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Foster a high-performance culture within the team and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Collaborate with other department heads to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Leverage extensive Ecommerce experience to capitalize on market trends and customer preferences.

Stays updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches into the sales strategy.

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize sales strategies.

Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

Develop and manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.


Qualification


Proven track record of 8-12 years in progressively responsible sales leadership roles.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Strong understanding of Ecommerce and the ability to navigate the digital landscape.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Trivandrum/Kochi

Salary : 8LPA to 14LPA
