Job Title: Assistant Professor of Neurology and Orthopedics

Location: Bhavnagar Gujrat

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary - 25K fix with food and accommodation

Overview: The Department of Neurology and Orthopedics at [Institution Name] seeks a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Professor to join our faculty. This position combines clinical practice, teaching, and research in both neurology and orthopedic medicine. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Duties:

    • Provide high-quality patient care in neurology and orthopedics.
    • Participate in outpatient clinics and inpatient rounds.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

  2. Teaching:

    • Develop and deliver lectures, workshops, and clinical training sessions for medical students, residents, and fellows.
    • Mentor students in research projects and clinical skills.
    • Participate in curriculum development and assessment.

  3. Research:

    • Conduct innovative research in areas related to neurology and orthopedics.
    • Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at national conferences.
    • Secure funding through grants and collaborate with other researchers.

  4. Service:

    • Participate in departmental, university, and community service activities.
    • Contribute to committees focused on improving patient care and educational programs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Post graduation MD,DO
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neurology and/or Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Proven record of research and scholarly activity.
  • Strong teaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in a sub-specialty of neurology or orthopedics.
  • Experience in medical education and curriculum development.
  • A track record of funded research projects.
