We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Enrichment and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
 

Job Summary:
The Data Enrichment and Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves enriching data to ensure accurate and comprehensive information, sourcing leads through platforms like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, and reaching out to potential clients to pitch our services and products.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Enrichment:
     - Verify the accuracy and integrity of existing lead data.
     - Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data sets.
     - Standardize data formats and structures.
     - Enhance data by integrating information from various sources.
     - Append missing information to existing records to ensure data is comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Lead Generation:
     - Source and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other platforms.
     - Utilize advanced search techniques to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
     - Track and report on lead generation metrics and activities.
  • Client Outreach and Engagement:
     - Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
     - Pitch EaseHire services and products effectively to prospective clients.
     - Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor pitches accordingly.
     - Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations to introduce EaseHire offerings.
  • Business Development:
     - Work with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies to grow the client base.
     - Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.
     - Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
     - Provide feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to help refine our offerings and sales approach.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
     - Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation and outreach strategies.
     - Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client outreach, and business development activities.
     - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data enrichment and Business Development.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the media industry.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
