Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation and Sales Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, reaching out to clients, and effectively pitching our services and products. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential leads that align with our target audience and business goals.
Outreach: Proactively reach out to identified leads through personalized messages, connection requests, and follow-up communications to establish initial contact.


Pitching Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Fabulous Media's services and products to potential clients through compelling pitches and presentations.


Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads and clients, ensuring a positive and professional interaction that reflects the company's values.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead interactions, and sales pipeline status. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.


Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company strategies and goals.


Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools/technologies related to lead generation and sales outreach. Continuously seek ways to improve outreach strategies and techniques.
 

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably in a digital marketing or tech environment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
