Business Development Head

KeyResponsibilities:1. Developand execute strategic business development plans to drive revenuegrowth and achieve targets for CoLiving and student accommodationproperties in Mumbai Navi Mumbai Pune andGujurat2. Build and lead a highperformingdecentralized business development team providing guidance supportand motivation to ensure individual and collective success withdaily management schedules.3. Implementrobust systems and processes for tracking and analyzing keyperformance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy rates revenuegeneration lead conversion rates and customersatisfaction.4. Utilize datadriven insightsto identify market trends opportunities and potential risks andadjust strategies accordingly to maximizeresults.5. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing operations and finance to align businessdevelopment initiatives with overall companyobjectives.6. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders including property ownersdevelopers investors and strategic partners to facilitate businessgrowth and expansion.7. Lead negotiationsand contract discussions with potential clients and partnersensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with companypolicies and objectives.8. Implementeffective lead management strategies including lead generationqualification nurturing and conversion to optimize salesperformance and maximize revenueopportunities.9. Provide regular reports andupdates to senior management on business development activitiesperformance metrics and market insights and propose recommendationsfor improvement.10. Stay abreast of industrytrends competitive developments and emerging technologies andleverage this knowledge to innovate and enhance the companysofferings andstrategies.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business administration marketing real estateor a related field; MBA preferred. 510 yearsof progressive experience in business development management with aproven track record of driving revenue growth and managingdecentralized teams preferably in the real estate or hospitalityindustry. Strong understanding of revenuemanagement principles lead management strategies and sales pipelineoptimization techniques. Excellentleadership communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto inspire motivate and mentor team members to achieve their fullpotential. Proficiency in using CRM softwaredata analytics tools and other relevant technologies to trackanalyze and report on business performance.Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset capable ofidentifying opportunities solving complex problems and makingdatadriven decisions. Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changingpriorities and market conditions. Provenability to build and maintain relationships with diversestakeholders including clients partners and internalteams. Strong negotiation presentation andinfluencing skills with the ability to effectively represent thecompany and negotiate favorable outcomes.Passion for innovation continuous learning and driving positivechange within the organization.
