Job Overview
Accurate Powertech India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our power solutions, integration, Kirloskar Genset sales, Rental Genset, and Solar Power services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the power solutions or capital equipment industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of power solutions, Genset sales, and Solar Power
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content creation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven marketing decisions
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth for power solutions, Genset sales, and Solar Power services
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to optimize marketing strategies
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
