Reporting to the AP Manager, you will beresponsible for providing all round support to the departmentactivities with specific responsibility for the Purchase Ledgerfunctions.

TheRole:

  • Processing of purchase invoices andcredit notes.
  • Supplier statementreconciliations.
  • Bank and cashallocations.
  • Supplier paymentruns.
  • Liaising with other departments andsuppliers to resolve queries.
  • Month-endprocedures.
  • Prepare a weekly cashflowforecast.
  • Set up and maintain vendoraccounts.

ThePerson:

  • Previous experience in accountspayable.
  • The ability to work in a team as wellas individually.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Good attention todetail.
  • The ability to work under pressure andto deadlines.
