Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at SLV Housing Development Corporation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the Real Estate industry. This is a senior-level position with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies
- Effective time-management skills
- Team management and leadership abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
