Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities include: Provide solution architecture development, consulting and assurance to projects, making sure applications are well designed and conform to Shell standards and reference/segment architectures. Being able to address and integrate the: Business Process, Data, Application, Technical and Information Security aspects of an IT Solution. Ensure projects solution architecture is documented using the templates, System Architect tooling and conforms to standards. Coach detailed designers and business analysts in projects during their design work. Reviewing and accepting the detailed design of an IT solution. Support Segment Architects and reviews through the Architecture Review Board as required. Certification : AWS Solution Architect Associate, Azure Architect Design (AZ ). Hands-on experience on multitenant architecture framework design on AWS & Azure Experience on developing secure identity and access management patterns for consumers in AWS & Azure(knowledge). Knowledge on networking and developing secure Public , Private , Hybrid cloud connectivity patterns based on business demands. Knowledge on "Secure by Design" patterns based on industry standard security best practices. Good knowledge on build and deploy Kubernetes workloads. Good understanding cloud service models and types of cloud computing. Good understanding on infrastructure as code and SCM Take an active role in documenting, improving & maintaining the Reference Models in Systems Architect. Lifting project deliverables to the Conceptual and Logical levels. Follow IT Technology developments in the market and leverage this knowledge in architecting solutions in Shell. Ensure solutions are 'future-proof' Stay in touch with development of standards and standard services in IT at Shell. To ensure the latest service developments are taken into account. Pro-actively contribute to the development of the Architecture community and be an ambassador for Architecture. Interact with stakeholders on architecture issues and strategic improvements where such expertise is required. Minimum of - years of Architect Experience with overall + years of experience Presales Responsibilities; Involved in Pre-sales activities, promoting company s products and services and acting as a solution evangelist Analysing customer need, designing solution and negotiating for the orders Providing various solutions related to Data centre, Disaster recovery Cloud solutions (Public Private cloud & Public Cloud Aws/Azure/ GCP. Define logical workflow and designed network diagram for Azure Act as trusted solution architect to Enterprise clients to support cloud adoption. Consult and collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful adoption of cloud initiatives. Identify cloud technologies provide best-suited cloud solution to the customer based on the requirement. Design solutions based on end-customer requirements and deliver predefined ROI Helps product teams to launch new value-added products services related to Cloud product portfolio. Preparing Solution containing Design Document, Scope of Work, Architecture, Bill of Material of cloud/IT hardware and Managed Services Hands-on experience on migrating Servers, DBs, storage etc on Azure cloud.
