Overview: Asan Instagram Reels Content Creator (Shooting Videos) you will playa crucial role in shooting engaging and compelling video contentspecifically tailored for Instagrams Reels feature.Your work will be instrumental in drivingbrand awareness engagement and reach on theplatform.
Target:
  • 200reels of 1 minute each to be recorded monthly. ( Video Templatewill be shared byus.)

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Shootinnovative and visually appealing shortform video content forInstagram Reels.
  • Shoot and produce highqualityvideos optimized for Instagrams Reelsfeature.
  • Work closely with the marketing teamto align content with brand objectives and marketingcampaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in branding styleand messaging across all Reels content.
  • Manageand organize media assets and video content libraryeffectively.
  • Participate in brainstormingsessions and contribute creative ideas for contentcreation.
  • Stay abreast of Instagrams algorithmchanges and adapt content strategiesaccordingly.
  • Engage with the audience throughcomments messages and collaborations to build a loyalcommunity.
  • Adhere to copyright and usage rightswhen sourcing and incorporating thirdpartycontent.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of thetarget audiences preferences and behavior to tailor contentaccordingly.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Priorexperience in shooting shortform video content specifically forInstagram Reels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency invideo shooting editing and postproductiontechniques.
  • Strong understanding of InstagramsReels feature including trends features and bestpractices.
  • Proven track record in creatingengaging and viral content for social mediaplatforms.
  • Excellent storytelling and visualcommunication skills to convey compelling narratives throughvideo.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment with tightdeadlines.
  • Uptodate knowledge of social mediaand digital marketing trends especially within the Instagramlandscape.
  • Strong creative vision and theability to generate fresh innovative contentideas.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
