Overview:The ContentCreator Instagram Reels plays a crucial role in creating engagingand compelling content for our brands Instagram platform. Thisindividual will be responsible for conceptualizing producing andpublishing visually captivating and ontrend videos to driveaudience engagement and brand awareness.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conceptualize andproduce original highquality video content optimized for InstagramReels.
  • Stay updated on current social media anddigital trends to create relevant and timelycontent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team toalign content with brand messaging and marketinggoals.
  • Engage with the Instagram communityrespond to comments and foster meaningfulinteractions.
  • Monitor and analyze contentperformance and adjust strategies to optimize reach andengagement.
  • Work with influencers and partnersto create collaborative content for mutualpromotion.
  • Ensure brand consistency in allcontent produced and published.
  • Brainstorm andpitch creative content ideas tailored to the interests of ourtarget audience.
  • Manage the content calendarand ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Stayinformed about Instagram features updates and algorithm changes tomaximize content visibility.
  • Ensure all contentadheres to copyright and data protectionregulations.
  • Conduct regular competitoranalysis and identify opportunities fordifferentiation.
  • Proactively identify and acton emerging trends and industrydevelopments.
  • Participate in team brainstormsand contribute innovative ideas for contentcampaigns.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications Film or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience creating engagingvideo content for Instagram Reels or similarplatforms.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of successfulcontent with a significantfollowing.
  • Proficiency in video editingsoftware and an eye for impactful visualstorytelling.
  • Strong understanding ofInstagrams content trends features and bestpractices.
  • Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills with a keen eye fordetail.
  • Ability to adapt to fastpaced evolvingtrends and algorithms on social mediaplatforms.
  • Experience working in acollaborative team environment and managing multiple projectsconcurrently.
  • Uptodate knowledge of copyrightlaws music usage regulations and best practices for contentuse.
