Job Details :
•Key Responsibilies :
o Technical Leadership: Lead a teamcomprised of full stack developers and GETs
providingtechnical guidance and support. Help developers in resolvingcomplex
technical issues. Work with engineering managersto define technology best pracOces.
o EndtoEndDevelopment: Contribute in designing and developing user storiesusing
React and integrate them with backend servicesbuilt in Java / Go Lang. Ensure that
defined bestpracOces are adhered to. Ensure that the team follows all thedefined Agile
scrum principles andceremonies.
o Database Management: Design opOmize andintegrate database layers using relaOonal
databases(PostgreSQL). Implement data storage and retrieval strategies thatensure
data integrity and efficient access.
oCode Quality and TesOng: Write clean maintainable and testable codefollowing best
pracOces in coding and tesOng. Conductcode reviews to maintain highquality
standards andmentor junior developers in following coding guidelines. Ensurethat
code complies with NFRs.
o TechnicalArchitecture & Design: Collaborate with architects andother engineers to
design scalable and securecomponents. Ensure that the data flow API integraOon and
microservices architecture aligns with the plaorm's overallstructure.
o CollaboraOon and CommunicaOon: Work closelywith engineering teams product
managers and designers toensure alignment on business requirements. Provide
technical input during feature planning to idenOfy dependencieschallenges and
technical feasibility.
oConOnuous Improvement and InnovaOon: Stay updated with emergingtrends
frameworks and tools incorporaOng them into theplaorm when appropriate. IdenOfy
areas of improvement inexisOng codebases and suggest enhancements that promote
maintainability and scalability.
o DocumentaOon: Developcomprehensive documentaOon for frontend and backend
implementaOons to ensure knowledge sharing and codemaintainability. Provide
technical insights andcontribute to architecture documentaOon.

Educa3on & Skill Requirement:
EducaOon: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer ScienceEngineering from recognised University
Experience : 7 10Years
Skills:
• TechnicalSkills:
• FrontEnd: Proficiency in React and/orother frontend frameworks familiarity with
HTML CSS andJavaScript/TypeScript.
• BackEnd: StrongexperOse in Java 17/19/21 or Python Golang building RESTfulAPIs
and familiarity with microservicesarchitecture.
• Databases: Experience inrelaOonal databases PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases with
data modelling and opOmizaOon knowledge. Knowledge of GCP &AWS/ Azure DevOps
and QA pracOces andframeworks.
• So6 Skills: Strong debugging& problemsolving skills able to solve complextechnical
challenges independently and collaboraOvely.EffecOve communicaOon skills capable of
