Job Title: Appian Developer Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian-based applications. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-8 years of experience in Appian development and a strong understanding of Agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and configuration of Appian-based applications to meet business requirements.
Manage the full lifecycle of application development, including architecture design, development, testing, and deployment.
Create and manage data models, write SQL queries, and develop stored procedures to support application functionality and data integrity.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed within the team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Appian applications with other systems.
Maintain thorough documentation of projects and develop reusable components to optimize future development efforts.
Handle enhancement requests and provide ongoing support for Appian applications, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Appian application design and development, including process models, interfaces, expression rules, and SAIL components.
Strong understanding of Agile development practices, including experience with tools like JIRA for sprint management.
Proficiency in data modeling, SQL queries, and stored procedure development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design efficient and scalable solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with global teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead a development team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
