Job Overview: We are seeking aqualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join ourteam as a Manager in the Accounting and Business Support Division.The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team dedicated toservicing our multinational clientele. The ideal candidate shouldpossess a strong understanding of accounting principles taxationand financial regulations along with proficiency in variousaccounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of professionals in delivering highqualityaccounting and business support services to multinationalclients.

2. Oversee the finalization of accountsensuring compliance with Indian Generally Accepted AccountingPrinciples (IGAAP) and Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS).

3. Manage the payroll processing functionusing automated software ensuring accuracy and timelyexecution.

4. Provide expert guidance ontaxation matters including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goodsand Services Tax (GST) compliance.

5. Liaisewith clients to understand their accounting and financial reportingrequirements providing tailored solutions and strategicadvice.

6. Stay updated on changes in accountingstandards tax regulations and industry trends and incorporate theminto the firms practices and client services.

7.Utilize technology and various accounting software/ toolseffectively to streamline processes and enhanceefficiency.

8. Prepare and present financialreports and analysis to clients highlighting key insights andrecommendations.

9. Foster a culture ofcontinuous learning and development within the team providingmentorship and training as needed.

10.Collaborate with other departments within the firm to optimizeclient service delivery and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications andExperience:

Qualified CharteredAccountant (CA) with a minimum of 57 years of relevant experiencein accounting and finance.

Proven experience inleading and managing teams preferably in a professional servicesfirm.
