As part of Transaction Banking - Sales, you are responsible with the following:
To identify and execute on valuable business opportunities across Transaction Banking (MNC & Local Corporate) in Western region & oversee the Cash Management on a Pan India basis. Contribute to the portfolio growth that drives total NPAT/revenue and achieves returns for the TB business in India to meaningfully contribute to the performance of SEA+I cluster. Focus would be mainly on PCM digitisation & automation agenda of the Bank on Pan India basis. Housekeeping & execution of Transaction Banking business in Western India & cover the Cash Management sales on Pan India basis in close coordination with TB sales in North & South India. Ensure building Transaction Banking portfolio across MNC & Corporate clients together with Relationship Managers & Regional Sales. Work with customers to understand their needs and requirements, providing appropriate solutions to meet their needs. Ensure on going assessment of the market and competitors to identify and capitalise on all business opportunities in line with changing/evolving market dynamics.Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Role Type: Permanent, Full-time; This role is available for Director or Associate Director level depending on the relevance of experience
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive years of experience in corporate and institutional banking with sound Transaction Banking products mainly from Cash Management business. Sound knowledge of RBI/NPCI guidelines around automation & digitisation of Cash Management products & liquidity solutions. Demonstrate strong understanding of Corporates, Industry segments in India & also connectivity with corporate clients. Strong communication and interpersonal including an ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with stakeholders. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field Strong knowledge of local regulations in India & regulatory framework. Should be a good team player & possess strong networking capabilities. Ability to support Transaction Banking Head in India to put up a strong & scalable Cash Management strategy. Work closely with Cash Management product team to come out with ahead of market Cash Management products/solutions.You’re not expected to have % of these skills.
