JobDescription :Weare looking for a dedicated and experienced Key Accounts Manager tojoin our team and drive the topline customer retention and growthof our business. You will be handling and nurturing relationshipswith our clients which are leading fashion brands and platformsacross the globe to ensure higher LTV and CSAT. Your primaryresponsibilities willinclude:
  • Possessingdeep understanding of the products and product developmentlifecycle in activewear lingerie sleepwear swimwear and shapewearcategories to be able to sell cross sell upsell and manage clientexpectations.
  • Acting as the main point ofcontact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues andproviding exceptional customerservice.
  • Creating daily reports communicationprocesses and updating clients on keymilestones
  • Coming up with ways to ensure ontime payments and to minimise receivables at any point oftime
  • Proactively identifying opportunities forrepeat business and upsell products to existingclients.
  • Creating category and geographyspecific GTM and sales strategy to reduce sales funnel drop offsand improve conversion timelines
  • Becomingevangelist for Thimblerr on various digital and offline forums
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teamsincluding product development and logistics to meet clientneeds.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Fashion industry Business Administration marketing or arelated field (preferred).
  • 5 years ofexperience in client relationship management and account managementin an export house buying office or in the B2B apparelsector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills in English both written andverbal.
  • Ability to analyse sales data andprepare sales reports.
  • Excellent negotiationand problemsolving skills.
  • Selfmotivatedproactive andresultsoriented.
