Mission/Position Headline: Takes responsibility for the development, exploitation and maximization of the account penetration and profitable growth of identified Enterprise accounts in Government.Is responsible for an annual Order Intake of typically > 5mio Euro every year. Areas of Responsibilty: Generates knowledge on the customer's specific strategy and its political and business environment. Analyses customer's markets, position and needs and investigates for specific business opportunities for customer related product and service portfolio.  Defines and implements Account Business Plans (3 to 5 years).  Analyze clinical data and stay abreast of developments in medical technology and treatments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Create compelling and accurate content for marketing materials, including brochures and presentations. Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders in the clinical and administrative community of the Enterprise accounts in Gvt. Collaborate with the KOLs to obtain endorsements, testimonials, and participation in marketing initiatives. Organize and participate in clinical conferences, workshops, research collaborations and events to address requirements and actions from Account Business Plans Monitor and analyze the performance of workshops, conferences and events adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. Prepares customer contacts and builds and maintains a sound customer focused network, on all relevant hierarchical levels.  Builds value oriented offers.  Generates client specific products and service portfolio concepts, if suitable across all services of a business.  Initiates, facilitates and contributes to contract negotiations for products, projects and service or solution assignments.  Manages customer complaints as point of escalation, if necessary. Responsible for an annual Order Intake of typically > 5 mio Euro,  Delivers competitive tender specification , equitable terms and conditions for tender participation, liquidate sales and service receivables on time , Develop KOl’s and Enable entire end to end account management. Prepare / coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and top management. Provide a superior customer experience during project execution, engage consignees, CPA & internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet customer needs & organization cycle time requirements. Ensure collections are materialized in time before they become overdue.  Take complete ownership of nominated accounts & be a internal SPOC for all commercial activities encompassing Sales & Service. Provide information via CRM for forecasts and planning including maintaining data hygiene Analyze the specific market conditions and build a sound market related network of stakeholders. Innfluence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support. Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent with Advanced degree (MBA or Master's). Proven experience in clinical marketing within the healthcare industry, experience in Government sector would be an additional advantage. Strong understanding of clinical practices, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in product launches and campaign management. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
