Overview:As an HRIntern you will play a crucial role in supporting the humanresources team with various administrative tasks. You will gainvaluable handson experience in recruitment employee relations andHR processes contributing to the overall success of the HRdepartment.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assist withrecruitment activities including job postings and initial candidatescreening.
  • Support new employee onboarding andorientation processes.
  • Conduct data entry andmaintenance of employee records.
  • Assist withcoordination of employee training and developmentprograms.
  • Provide administrative support to theHR team such as scheduling interviews andmeetings.
  • Contribute to the implementation ofHR policies and procedures.
  • Assist withemployee relations activities and conflictresolution.
  • Participate in HR projects andinitiatives as assigned.
  • Support themaintenance of HRrelated documentation andfiles.
  • Conduct research on HR best practicesand industry trends.
  • Assist with employeesatisfaction and engagementinitiatives.
  • Participate in drafting HRcommunications and announcements.
  • Support thecoordination of performance appraisalprocesses.
  • Provide general administrativesupport to the HRdepartment.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Strong organizational and administrativeskills.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
  • Proficiency in MS Officeespecially Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strongattention to detail and accuracy in dataentry.
  • Ability to work well in a team andcollaborate effectively.
  • Basic understanding ofHR principles and practices.
  • Proactive andeager to learn about HR processes andprocedures.
  • Strong time management andprioritization skills.
  • Ability to multitask andmanage various projectssimultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HRmanagement software is a plus.
  • Knowledge oflabor laws and regulations isdesirable.
  • Previous internship or officeexperience is an advantage.
  • Positive attitudeand willingness to take on newchallenges.
