Position : BranchManager

PositionOverview: As a Branch Manager atSunway Wellness you will be responsible for overseeing theoperations and performance of one of our prestigious spa branches.You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth enhancingcustomer appreciation and increasing customer conversion rates.Your leadership and management skills will contribute to thesuccess of the branch while fostering a positive work environmentfor the team. Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs):

1.Revenue Increase: Drive the annual revenue growth by implementingeffective sales and marketing strategies identifying new businessopportunities and optimizing revenuestreams.

2. Customer Appreciation:Increase customer appreciation by 10% month on month throughexceptional service delivery proactive customer engagement andconsistently exceeding customerexpectations.

3. Customer Conversion:Achieve a 30% monthonmonth increase in customer conversion rates byenhancing sales techniques improving customer experience andimplementing conversionfocusedinitiatives.

Functional Rolesand Responsibilities:

1.Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the branch teamincluding hiring training and managing performance. Foster apositive work environment that promotes teamwork motivation andprofessional development.

2.Operations Management: Oversee daily spa operations ensuringefficient workflow adherence to standard operating procedures andcompliance with quality and safety guidelines inventory managementhygiene practices

3. Sales andMarketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies todrive customer acquisition retention and loyalty. Monitor markettrends and competitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth and differentiate Sunway Wellness in themarket.

4. Financial Management:Manage the branch budget monitor expenses and implement costcontrol measures. Ensure accurate financial reporting revenuetracking and achieve profitabilitytargets.

5. Customer ServiceExcellence: Champion a customercentric culture ensuring exceptionalservice delivery at all touchpoints. Implement initiatives toenhance customer satisfaction resolve escalated customer issues andbuild strong customerrelationships.

6. PerformanceAnalysis: Monitor branch performance through key metrics analyzedata and identify areas for improvement. Develop action plans andimplement strategies to address performance gaps and maximizeproductivity.

7. Staff Development:Provide ongoing training coaching and mentoring to the branch teamto enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct performanceevaluations set performance goals and provide constructive feedbackto drive individual and teamgrowth.

8. Inventory and SuppliesManagement: Oversee inventory levels order supplies and managestock rotation. Ensure adequate inventory availability whileminimizing wastage and controllingcosts.

9. Health and SafetyCompliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsmaintain cleanliness standards and implement preventive measures toprovide a safe and hygienic environment for customers andstaff.

10. Reporting: Prepare regularreports on branch performance sales activities customer feedbackand other relevant metrics. Present findings and recommendations tosenior management
