About TheRole

As a Sales and RecruitmentConsultant you will be instrumental in identifying approaching andattracting top talent for our clients. You will also play a keyrole in driving business growth by developing strong clientrelationships and ensuring a seamless recruitmentprocess.

PrimaryResponsibilities
  • Identifyand engage with top talent through various channels includingsocial media job boards and networkingevents.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews andassessments to match candidates with the best jobopportunities.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients to understand their hiring needs andprovide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Developand implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passivecandidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process frominitial contact to offer negotiation andonboarding.
  • Provide ongoing support andconsultancy to clients regarding market trends and recruitment bestpractices.
  • Meet and exceed individual and teamsales targets through strategic business developmentinitiatives.
EssentialSkills &Qualifications
  • Nativein German and fluent English both written andspoken.
  • Proven experience in recruitment andsales preferably within a similarindustry.
  • Strong understanding of the Germanjob market and recruitment practices.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in afastpaced environment.
  • A proactive andresultsdriven approach to problemsolving anddecisionmaking.
  • Strong negotiation skills andthe ability to close dealseffectively.
