Power Platform Solution Specialist

Position Description

The Power Platform Solution Specialist will work as a technical advisor to support the Modern Work team on ongoing and special projects that will enhance go-to-market offerings for new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills (written and oral), problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities include:

Designing IT solutions with an emphasis Microsoft 365 technologies Create business requirement documents, use case diagrams, workflows, ERDs, interface wireframes Build scalable, portable Power Platform solutions to be used both internally, and by our clients Supporting and maintaining existing solutions in client environments Facilitate design workshops and project meetings with clients Demonstrate knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, architecture, capabilities, implementation requirements, integrations, and future roadmap Design end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of Power Platform best practices to offer the best solutions to customers Identifying and escalating cross selling opportunities Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal clients Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once

Basic Qualifications:

Degree or Certification in IT-related field Minimum three to five years’ experience with related automation technologies such as SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft AI Builder, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Nintex for Office 365, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) Experience with building solutions in Microsoft 365 IT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus Strong customer service orientation Strong problem-solving skills
