Counselence is a full-service corporate law firm that provides business-legal advice and consultancy to corporate houses - Indian and multi-national. We are focused in providing labour & employment and corporate commercial services to the the technology industry.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Senior Associate at Counselence, you will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and advocacy. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly handling clients, and providing legal advice and advocacy services to corporate clients.

Qualifications & Experience
Law degree from a recognized institution
Admitted to a Bar Council
Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal consulting and advocacy
Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience Focus

It will be an added advantage for the candidate to have prior experience in labour & employment laws and employee relations matters as also exposure to technology contract review and negotiation.

The candidate must possess the ability to develop their practice and work to acquire new clients.
