MainDuties:

Administration

  • Liaisewith different departments for smooth and coordinatedwork.
  • Should ensure that the team members areadhering to the Human Resourcepolicies.

 

CustomerService

  • Guest needs arehandled promptly.
  • Every guest coming to theHealth Club is attended tocourteously

 

Financial

  • Identifyoptimal cost effective use of the resources and educate the team onthesame.

 

Operational

  • Checkfor the equipments are in workingcondition
  • Ensure that the swimming pool area isneat and clean
  • Ensure that the water inswimming pool is safe for guest usage
  • Ensurethat the lifeguards are around the swimming pool when guest arethere
  • Ensure that the chlorine level in theswimming pool is not on higher side so as to guest eyes does notfeel the pinch
  • Oversee the operations of theSpa
  • Ensure that the health club instructor isavailable through out the working hours
  • Ensurethat before closing the area everything is in good condition so asto opening the next day is no issue
  • Ensure thatthe timing for the areas are adhered to
  • Makingguest aware about the products kept in the gym and informing themabout the proper usage of thesame.

 

Personnel

  • Provideeffective support to the team to enable them to provide effective& efficient services.
  • Respond tocustomer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficientmanner to ensure customersatisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain seamlesscoordination & cooperation with all departments of NovotelMumbai ensure maximum cooperation productivity morale and guestservice.

OtherDuties

  • Ensurecleanliness of the area
  • Helping otherdepartment in case ofemergency.
