YOUR TASKS

Oversee the full life cycle management of network tooling, from initial deployment through support and maintenance and eventual decommissioning. Build a consolidated strategy for network services/tooling integration within FORVIA Manage ServiceNow Integration & Process Development including service catalog, asset inventory management and change control. Document automation processes, including user manuals and operational procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices within the team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies and processes Experience with network tooling platforms and ServiceNow integration Networking Fundamentals: A solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architecture is crucial. Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS is essential for writing automation scripts. REST APIs: Understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks to interact with network devices and services programmatically. Agile software development methodology: use of Epics and User Stories. Continuous Learning: Staying up to date with the latest network technologies, tools, and industry best practices. Communication: Clear communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Excellent English is expected. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications in networking engineering and management (e.g., Cisco DevNet certifications or equivalent, CCNA/CCNP). ITIL4 certification is a plus.
