Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will manage complex IT environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of servers, networks, storage, and cloud solutions.

This role involves strategic planning, security management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networking to ensure optimal performance and system uptime.

- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, AD servers, and switches to ensure smooth and secure network operations.

- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including hybrid cloud environments.

- Implement and enforce security best practices, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and robust access controls.

- Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot infrastructure to reduce downtime.

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard business continuity.

- Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, manage contracts, and ensure timely maintenance and support.

- Maintain detailed records of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and audit readiness.

- Work closely with development teams, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure supports business growth and operational objectives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years in IT infrastructure management or a related role.

- Expertise in networking, server administration, and storage solutions.

- Experience with virtualization technologies (e., VMware, Hyper-V).

- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with IT security standards, including firewalls and network security protocols.

Skills :

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to minimizing downtime.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.

- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
