About the job


As a Salesforce Datorama Consultant (Marketing Cloud Intelligence) your primary responsibility is to design and set up marketing campaign intelligence on the Salesforce platform utilizing data from Marketing Cloud with Datorama now Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Intelligence Module Design and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable intelligence within SFMC.
  • Configure and optimize intelligence modules such as Datorama and
  • Einstein to set up robust campaign’s performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Test implemented intelligence modules.


Requirement:


· 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including customization, configuration, and administration.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience with Datorama, including data integration, modeling, and reporting.

· Optimize data models, workflows, and processes within Datorama to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

· Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Datorama, specifically in configuring and managing analytics solutions.

· Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence concepts, and data visualization best practices.

· Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, or similar query languages for data manipulation and analysis.

· Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex data sets.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer
