Developingand sustaining longlasting relationships withcustomers.Screeningrecruiting and training salesemployees.Generatingleads.Meeting orexceeding salesgoals.Preparingweekly and monthlyreports.Callingpotential customers to explain company products and encouragepurchases.Answeringcustomers questions and escalating complex issues to the relevantdepartments asneeded.Developingindepth knowledge of companyproducts.Maintainingan accurate record of all sales scheduled customer appointments andcustomercomplaints.Collaboratingwith the marketing department to ensure that the company isreaching its targetaudience.Informingproduct developers of possible product improvements and changes toensure that company products meet current marketneeds.Preparingcostbenefit analyses for prospective and existing customers todetermine the most suitable purchaseoptions.Analyzingcompetitors products to determine product features benefitsshortfalls and marketsuccess.(Must haveexperience in Beverages company as a Sales Officer or Area salesmanager .
