We're looking for a junior Social Media specialist who's strong in creating Short-Form Video content. This isn't a producer or video editor position; please include links to your portfolio or videos you created into your resume.

What you’ll do:

Responsible for managing Klook’s IN/ME social media accounts daily to achieve the overall business and marketing goals

Responsible for producing short-form video content that drives engagement and traffic as part of Klook’s always-on IN/ME content and social strategy

Responsible for spearheading experimentations on new and emerging social media platforms, content types, and AI tools

Collaborate with local marketing teams to plan and schedule short-form video content to grow Klook’s overall social media presence

Collaborate with the central creative team to plan and create seasonal content for mega campaigns and occasions, e.g. cherry blossom, winter.

Monitor social media and digital marketing trends as well as the competitive landscape to share learnings and best practices with the broader teams proactively

Support ideation, planning and execution for integrated IN/ME marketing campaigns and regional partner coops i.e. merchants and tourism boards

What you’ll need:

2+ years of solid experience in digital content marketing or related fields

Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication

Be an avid storyteller with a knack for creating and crafting engaging video content across different platforms that delivers results

Proficient in video production and photo editing

In-depth knowledge and experience with social media platforms

An extrovert with well-developed interpersonal, team-building and relationship management skills

A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required 

Basic knowledge of graphic design is advantageous
