As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance clients brand presence and engage with the desired target audience. You will work closely with the clients corporate communication team to create and curate compelling content across various social media platforms.


Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.

2. Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, and adapt content to suit different social media platforms.

3. Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.

4. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

5. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to optimize social media presence.

6. Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.

7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, and sales, to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions. Develop proposals and pitch accordingly.

8. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges. Should have complete understanding of social media marketing and have prior experience of running successful campaigns.



Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Proven experience in social media management, with 1-2 years of experience preferred.

3. Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent copy writing and editing abilities.

5. Creative thinker with a passion for social media and a keen eye for visual content.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Familiarity with design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
