Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and grow our social media following.
  • Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, ensuring consistent brand messaging and content quality.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, graphics, and written copy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate new features and strategies into our social media efforts.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and audience demographics, and use insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and videographers, to produce compelling social media content.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in social media, and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and growing social media followings.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, etc.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
