About the Job:

We're on the lookout for a multi-talented social media specialist to join our brand full time. This position requires a dynamic professional with a strategic mind for social media management, and the ability to cultivate and maintain influencer relationships to amplify our brand's social media presence.


Responsibilities:


Visual Designing:

  • Craft visually stunning creative assets across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute compelling visual strategies that resonate with our target audience.


Social Media Management:

  • Formulate and implement strategic social media plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster community engagement across various platforms.
  • Curate, schedule, and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent and high-quality posts that align with brand messaging and objectives.


Influencer Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, including compensation and campaign deliverables, and track campaign performance to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Ability to create engaging and shareable content
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
