the process owners.
RegulatoryUpdates
Disseminating relevant regulatory updatesperiodically. Also circulating flash updates whenever
there is amendment in existing regulations and a new regulation isintroduced. This involves
interacting with processowners for understanding implication of the changes and includingthe same
in the updates.
Compliance PortalAdministration
Regularly updating the system withregulatory changes by preparing / modifying check points inthe
system within set turnaround time (TAT).
Regularly updating the system with the organisational changes byreassigning authorisations and
responsibilities forreporting compliances within set TAT.
Carrying outhygiene check to ensure proper functioning of thesystem.
Troubleshooting with the help of IT team andcompliance monitoring IT tool service provider within
TAT defined as per agreed SOP.

Creating a compliance manual andmaintaining an updated compliance calendar.
Handlingcomplaints and queries from users with own research or help fromprocess owners.
Ensuring that queries raised offline /online are closed within agreed TAT.
Maintaining monthlyquery logs with details of resolution and closure.
Responding to audit queries ComplianceResearch
Carrying out research on specific legalsubjects / topics to help business on interpretation and
implementation of a given provision / law.
Gatheringknowledge on industry best practices on compliance managementprocess.
Developing a Standard Operating process (SOP)for operating the compliance tool. The said SOP
has tobe drawn up in consultation with the service provider processowners and line function(s).
ComplianceTraining
Designing and developing training material forconducting online and onsite training programmes
Preparing training schedule in coordination with process owners andline function for conducting
trainingprogrammes.
Conducting / assisting other team members inconducting effective training sessions at units for
apprising the people with compliance process and its importance.Seek feedback / suggestions for
improvement from processowners.
What you will need to be successful (experienceand qualifications)
Qualification: Lawdegree
Experience: 5 years of experience with exposureto compliance related activities including
managing thecompliance tool in a largescale manufacturing concern preferablyFMCG industry.

Experience of administration of compliancemanagement system
Awareness of all laws rules guidelinesregulations affecting the lubricant manufacturing setup
branch and plant locations including but not limited to legalmetrology labour industrial and
environmentlaws
