Primary Responsibilities:

Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports relating to business performance Analyze, review, and trend complex data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the businessCommunicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audiences Lead projects to completion by assisting leaders, peers, and business/data analysts in researching and implementing solutions to business challenges Conduct variance analyses as required each month following month-end business close, explaining all significant variancesSupport analysis and interpretation of results for operational business reviews and planningAnalyze key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of major variances Anticipate needs and proactively develop solutions to meet themDevelop innovative approaches to achieve deliverablesSupport short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysisDevelop and document complex business analysis and reporting requirementsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
