Roles&Responsibilities
  • Identifyingand executing gotomarket routes to drive additional revenue withPremium Cafes and Large Corporate Institutions and monitoringchannelpartners.

  • Salesand revenue planning achieving targets by creating and implementingeffective strategies. Analyzing market opportunities trends andcustomer demands to shape product offerings and salesstrategies

  • Collaboratingwith internal and external stakeholders to acquire technical andcustomer information and enable effective pitching for new businessaccounts.

  • Leadingthe channel partner programme with a team of Dealers Distributorsand ValueAdded Resellers; ensuring the accomplishment of overallrevenue profit targets in the assignedregion

  • Suggestingnew products based on individual requirements and assisting intraining the channel partner according to recommendedprocedure

  • Managingall aspects of sales sales team revenue attainment and managementof channel partnerships Evaluating identifying and securing largeproduct channeldeals

  • Allocating budgets to support channel partner programs identifyingand nurturing key solution providers for leveraging channelstrategy.

  • Updatingthe management on current and latest developments in marketplaceand competitor activities; communicating uptodate information aboutnew products and enhancements topartner

  • Organizingand implementing new product launches with distributors trackingand addressing salesperformances.

  • Developingrelationships with the distribution networks for exploring anddeveloping opportunities and growth prospects for thefuture.

  • .Abilityto build strong customer relationships by understanding their needsaddressing concerns and ensuring high satisfactionlevels

  • Framing& and implementing sales strategies aligned with companygoals covering pricing promotions and productpositioning.

  • Preparingsales forecasts and reports to track progress identify challengesand facilitate necessary adjustments for top management. Keeping upwith competitor activities and market trends to develop strategiesto outperformcompetitors.

  • Evaluatingand enhancing sales processes for improved efficiency includingstreamlining order processing customer communication and leadgeneration.

  • Collectingand analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvementand making necessary changes to products or services. Workingclosely with other departments such as marketing logistics andcustomer service to ensure a seamless and customerfocusedoperation.
