About the role

This role will resolve moderately complex inquiries, collects and analyzes customer data to determine customer trends, and makes recommendations for the update of procedures to improve Customer Service processes. Escalates complex issues to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Sales activities covering the whole process from quote submission, negotiating with customers, coordinating with delivery teams, processing of AMC contracts, invoicing and financial follow-up in order to keep, improve the planned gross margin.

Developing service Business across AP Telangana region

Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer

Achieve annual sales and gross margin targets and promote growth of service sales, while maintaining focus on cash flow management

Conduct customer needs assessments and sales proposal estimates and specifications to promote products and services

Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service

Business forecasting on timely basis

Overall Receivable Management of Customer/Channel Partners.
