Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Strategist to join our Founders Office.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, influencing the direction of our sales initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Founders Office to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives and growth targets.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.

- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and optimizing the sales pipeline.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, setting performance goals and KPIs to track progress and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.

- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, training programs, and tools to equip the sales team with the necessary resources to succeed.

- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations to the Founders Office.

Qualifications :

- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or a related field within the IT services or digital transformation industry.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SNOW (Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday), SDA, ECA, AI and proven track record in IT services & product sales.

- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive business growth.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.

- Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Leadership: Ability to work independently and lead initiatives, while also being a collaborative team player.

- Education: An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
