What this job involves

Duties And Responsibilities

Understand JLL IFM Service contract. Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management Skill in both verbal and written communication Develops, establishes, and controls the methods, procedures, and systems to increase overall effectiveness of facilities utilization and management Prepares complex and technical statistical analyses, reports, and surveys related to space Reviews facilities information data and other reports to ensure that each original project involving space planning is implemented Optimizing space utilization Planning space to meet business objectives Managing day-to-day organizational space assignments and charge backs Operational issues on real time basis which requires assistance, guidance and approval. Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity. Interacting with client for monthly walkthrough, or on demand request etc. Assisting the Site Manager on implementing ideas, cost saving etc. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function. Ensure compliance of regulations / requirements of JLL management and Client. Provide assistance in general administrative activities as required. KPI met according to MSA. Regular meeting with Admins to understand the day-to-day requirement Any other duties as and when required by the direct Manager/ Client SPOC. LEADERSHIP Stack holder management – Aligning with CS Spoc, Admins and BU. Set team targets & monitors performance Assist and mentor subordinates on standards and practices Handling Allocation

Strong knowledge of property operations 

Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business or hotel and building management, and at least three to five years’ experience in facilities management. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations. 

Solid background in team management
