As theAssistant Marketing Automation Manager / TeamLead based in Lower Parel Mumbai you will be instrumentalin developing and managing retentionfocused campaigns to enhancecustomer engagement and loyalty. This role includes overseeingautomation tools creating impactful campaigns and drivingstrategies for sustained customer relationships. You ll collaboratecrossfunctionally to maintain high standards across all campaignsand initiatives.
MarketingAutomation and CampaignManagement:
- Overseethe use and optimization of marketing automation tools likeMoEngage WebEngage and similarplatforms.
- Design and executeautomated customer journeys aimed at maximizing retention andengagement across multiplechannels.
CustomerRetention Strategy andExecution:
- Assistin creating and implementing multichannel retention strategies toengage customers at various stages of theirjourney.
- Craft compelling contentfor cold emails followups and drip campaigns driving meaningfulcustomerengagement.
TeamCollaboration:
- Leadand collaborate closely with the retention marketing team to managecampaigns and align on projectgoals.
- Offer guidance and support toachieve team objectives and optimize retentionefforts.
PerformanceAnalysis andOptimization:
- Analyzeemail and other campaign metrics focusing on improving keyperformance indicators such as open rates and clickthroughrates.
- Provide insights based ondata for ongoing optimization and effectiveness of retentionstrategies.

- Experience:Minimum of 2 years in retention marketing particularly inmultichannel strategies and campaignexecution.
- TechnicalSkills: Handson experience with marketing automationtools like MoEngage WebEngage SFMC or similarplatforms.
- AnalyticalSkills: Strong understanding of campaign performanceanalysis with experience in optimizing metrics such as open ratesand engagementrates.
- CommunicationSkills: Excellent written and verbal communicationabilities with a knack for crafting engagingcontent.
- TeamCollaboration: Proven track record of workingcollaboratively with team members to optimize performance andachieve growth.
- DataProficiency: Proficient in Google Sheets and Excelincluding VLOOKUP Pivots and SUMIFSfunctions.
