The role of the Senior Presales Engineer within our organization is integral to the success of our sales endeavors. As a Senior Presales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized support to our sales teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding the technical aspects of our products and solutions, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients, and addressing any technical inquiries or concerns they may have. By leveraging your technical knowledge and understanding of our customers' needs, you will help drive sales and contribute to the overall success of our business.

How will you make an impact?

Collaborate with prospects and customers to optimize business processes through the demonstration and configuration of Workforce Management (WFM) and other NICE solutions.Create compelling commercial customer propositions and ROI models in coordination with the Sales Account Executive.Take ownership of sales documentation for prospective clients, ensuring effective and regionally appropriate messaging in collaboration with Lines of Business.Conduct feasibility studies to validate the suitability of solutions within customer environments, including Proof of Concepts.Serve as the primary point of contact for functional and technical information related to requests for proposal (RFPs), statements of work, or other customer inquiries.Act as a subject matter expert during sales presentations, customer conference calls, trade shows, and industry events.Provide direct and indirect support to peers, internal sales and marketing personnel, resellers, distributors, as well as current and prospective customers.

Have you got what it takes?

Extensive experience in selling or utilizing Workforce Management Solution, preferably NICE WFM/IEX. Ideal candidates may have previously worked for a WFM solution provider or held roles as WFM planners/administrators (end-users of WFM). A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is required.Strong knowledge of other Contact Center solutions such as Recording, Quality Monitoring/Analytics, and/or Performance Management software is advantageous.Exceptional product presentation and demonstration skills.Proficient in IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) at an advanced level.Highly organized with the ability to deliver results under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Experience in customer-facing roles and adept at overcoming objections in a positive manner.A flexible team player with excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, across all levels.Capable of leading and managing opportunities across NICE’s portfolio of Workforce Management software, Quality Monitoring, and Workforce Management software for WFO Vendor products based on best practices and customer requirements.Proficient in presenting at conferences and C-Level sales presentations, as well as mentoring the sales team on portfolio presentation techniques.

Strong communication skillsMust be flexible and prepared to travel within the South Asia region, occasionally Internationally as well.
