What is the TA Service Representative - GSS Asia/EMEA Cust Svcs AMC group responsible for?

This job requires and individual to handle phone calls, take care of walk-ins, receive and report commercial transactions, do first level NIGO checks for all Commercial and Non-Commercial transactions, and perform all other support and regulatory functions that are required at an AMC. 

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a TA Service Representative?

Initial processing of investor applications at the branch, liaising with the back office and generating reports at the branch

Generating account statements and cross checking the same. Handling calls pertaining to clarifications of processed transactions.

Dispatching redemption, compensation payments or rejection letters and other correspondence to investors and commission payments to distributors within the prescribed timelines.

Tallying of the time stamping log book. Attending department meetings. Project work, personal development and performance review

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Graduate, preferably in the commerce/ accounting / finance background, proficient in English and numerate.

PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products, to include Excel and Word skills.

Administrative and time management skills

Ability to interact with team members

Strong attention to detail and quality

Model good work habits and appropriate use of procedures and controls.

Previous branch / transactions processing experience

Knowledge of Indian mutual funds and regulations involved therein.

Amfi Certified

Regulatory and Product Knowledge
