We are in search of a proactive and experienced Salesforce professional to assume a pivotal role in the ongoing refinement of our Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum—from gathering requirements and thoughtfully assessing end-user feedback, to architecting scalable, best-practice solutions, and steering the product roadmap to harmonize seamlessly with our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

In this multifaceted role, you will play a vital part in shaping the efficiency and success of our Salesforce platform while contributing to a seamless user experience and leveraging the platform's full potential. Embark on a diverse, business-facing role encompassing the following responsibilities:

  1. Address user support tickets promptly, providing efficient resolutions and fostering a positive user experience.
  2. Skillfully identify and gather requirements, translating them into best-practice solutions with an unwavering focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.
  3. Salesforce configuration & change management, including but not limited to flows, assignment rules, approval processes, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, and the creation of dashboards and reports.
  4. Comprehensive user and license management, spanning new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  5. Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers, such as Amazon Connect, Amazon PinPoint, HubSpot Marketing, DocuSign, Conga, etc.
  6. Solely own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and seamless integration.
  7. Undertake data management initiatives to enhance Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as required.
  8. Proactively engage in system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and utilization of Optimizer tools.
  9. Conduct assessments to identify unused or underutilized platform features, and formulate a comprehensive platform roadmap with defined priorities, engaging with stakeholders throughout the process.
  10. Monitor and enhance user adoption strategies to maximize the platform's effectiveness.
  11. Conduct comprehensive ongoing training for both new and existing users, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing Salesforce's capabilities.
  12. Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Administration, particularly with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Expertise in managing sandbox environments and a demonstrated proficiency in the DevOps Center, illustrating a comprehensive understanding of overall release management.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator.

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience with Omni-channel customer engagement using Service Cloud Voice w/ Amazon Connect and Digital Experience.
  • Profound understanding of triggers and Apex code within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Developer, Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community, showcasing a keen interest in staying connected with industry trends and best practices.
