Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and extensive experience in developing custom solutions tailored to business needs. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to drive business growth and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies to meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  3. Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to junior developers in implementing best practices and coding standards.
  4. Customize Salesforce CRM to automate business processes, improve workflow efficiency, and streamline data management.
  5. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  6. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications.
  8. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements.
  9. Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation details for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  10. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their growth and development.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly preferred.
  3. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  4. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects from inception to deployment.
  5. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and best practices.
  6. Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  10. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
