Sales Coordinator

KeyResponsibilities:
  • SalesSupport: Assist the sales team with quotations salesorders and invoices. Help implement salesstrategies.
  • CustomerRelations: Act as the primary contact for customersaddressing queries and maintaining positiverelationships.
  • OrderManagement: Track orders from receipt to deliveryensuring timely fulfillment and coordination withlogistics.
  • Documentationand Reporting: Maintain sales records in the CRM systemand prepare salesreports.
  • Collaboration:Work with marketing technical production and finance teams toensure seamlessoperations.

Requirements
  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years in sales coordination or a similar rolepreferably in the electrical automation or solarindustry.
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Skills:
    • Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonalskills.
    • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRMsoftware.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
    • Strong problemsolving skillsand attention todetail.
    • Coordinationwith the Logistics and Purchase Team
    • Guidanceand work allocation for the Sales SupportExecutive


Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team withquotations, sales orders, and invoices. Help implement salesstrategies. Customer Relations: Act as the primary contact forcustomers, addressing queries and maintaining positiverelationships. Order Management: Track orders from receipt todelivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and coordination withlogistics. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain sales records inthe CRM system and prepare sales reports. Collaboration: Work withmarketing, technical, production, and finance teams to ensureseamless operations. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 yearsin sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in theelectrical automation or solar industry. Education: Bachelor sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
