Role / Job Title: EWS Specialist

Function / Department: Risk

Job Purpose:

'The Specialist- EW&MIU shall spearhead BAU & automation related projects of the vertical, shall be responsible for managing at least one Business vertical from Early Warning & Market Intelligence Unit perspective and contribute to manage the Internal Audit and Regulatory related work of the unit. It includes implementation of systems, process/framework and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery. The requirement is to closely collaborate with the Business Relationship Teams, Credit Risk and Technology Teams to bring- in efficiency in. The roll shall be responsible to establish traction with the external vendors, stakeholders and Audit Teams to meet the day-to-day requirement of the vertical.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the BAU activities of the unit in terms of conducting EWS forum meetings, release of MoMs and tracking of actionable. To significantly contribute the automated related activities of the unit including UAT, Pre-Production Testing and ensuring movements of CR in Production. To ensure submission of data related to Audit, response on the observations and discussion with Internal Audit Teams and manage Regulatory submissions of the unit. To manage a Direct and few indirect reports. To coach, keep the team motivated and ensure Knowledge transfers. To ensure cross learning opportunities in the team. Timely completion of BAU activities- execution of EWS rule engine, reports, conducting EWS forum meetings and release of MoM. Implementation of new EWS system. Successful completion of Internal validation of EWS rules and logic. Timely submission of data related to Regulatory submissions, IA and Statutory Audits.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation – Any Graduation

Post-graduation - MBA / PGDM / CA 

Experience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
