Position: Associate Manager / Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience : 10-14 years

Educational Qualification: MBA with an engineering degree is preferred. However, prior experience of handling marketing campaigns will be given priority.

The person will be responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan aligned to business strategy. This is a highly visible role and provides an opportunity to enhance business awareness, increase stakeholder engagement and thought leadership leveraging your skills.

Primary responsibility includes:

  • Ability to create impactful digital content to generate and manage specific collaterals and assets but not limited to website, ABX, social media, PoVs, video scripts or internal communication.
  • Analytical mindset and research capability to capture market, competition and customer intelligence and top trends to help leaders take informed decisions.
  • Improve brand perception and experience by building integrated campaign and outreach programs.
  • Ability to execute hybrid events aligned to marketing and business strategy.
  • Collaborate behaviour to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Be creative in making presentation and promotional material.
  • Reporting and data interpretation skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Captivating storytelling skills and the ability to capture people’s interest by creating compelling content.
  • Ability to conceptualize & execute multi-touch marketing campaigns, with demonstrable experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Holistic understanding of all aspects of marketing, including branding, communications, events, analyst relations, PR & media, customer-focused workshops, and social media.
  • Good grasp of latest technology trends in engineering and R&D space with proficiency in using Pardot for marketing automation.
  • Content writing experience, with the ability to transform technical inputs into impactful value propositions and thought leadership assets.
  • Good understanding of leveraging LinkedIn, search engines, and programmatic advertising on digital platforms.
  • Engaging and team player, as the role requires working with diverse teams.
