Designation - Manager ConsultingQualification - Any Graduate / MBA or similar relevant degreeExperience - 10+ yearsLocation - Bangalore / Chennai Roles and Responsibilities·Leverage deep expertise inserving process-oriented clients, especially within the chemical manufacturing segmentand provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs
Proactively identify and assessconsulting opportunities within key accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of thechemical & process manufacturing industry, and understanding of clientneeds.
Work closely with the Pursuitteam and Service Lines in creating Transformation Solution/ Consulting PoV forlarge multi-tower deals
Build and maintain strongrelationship with key account stakeholders & practice leadership to driveCognizant and Consulting sales
Lead the execution of consultingengagements, leveraging expertise to deliver innovative solutions that addressclient needs.
Identify innovation initiativeswithin accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize,pilot and scale innovative solutions.
Should be able to work withdiverse stakeholders and drive consensus
Requirements
Our Client is looking for Business Analyst professionals having rich experience of 10+ years
Extensive experience working in chemicalmanufacturing segment – should have worked in a Consulting capacity
Excellent customer facingcapabilities, and an established track record for selling & deliveringconsulting engagements
Should have executed engagementsspanning – Current state assessment, Process Definition, Roadmap creation
Good understanding of Technologyas applicable in above context
Must possess excellent communication skills.Should be flexible to work in Bangalore / Chennai and available to join in 60 days-
