Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager -Data Management Lead 

We seek a Lead for Master Data Management (MDM) responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing management of our master data initiatives will have extensive experience in MDM, a strong understanding of data governance principles, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business objectives through effective data management practices.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the strategic vision for MDM, aligning it with overall business objectives and ensuring that MDM initiatives support the company's growth and operational efficiency goals.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of MDM solutions and processes, including data modeling, data standardization, data cleansing, and data quality management.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their master data requirements and ensure that MDM solutions meet their needs while adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including data stewards, data analysts, and IT professionals, to drive successful MDM initiatives and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate and select third-party MDM tools and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of MDM solutions.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of MDM initiatives, track progress against goals, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials to increase awareness and understanding of MDM principles and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Candidates from all the branches of B.E/B/Tech are eligible.
• Minimum 65 percent or 6.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) on a scale of 10 is mandatory for students to participate in our hiring process.
• Candidate are allowed a maximum of one-year gap in education (after 10th standard till completion of graduation)
• Candidate must be Indian citizens.
• Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa.
• All other foreign nationals require work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of India Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
• Candidates who have worked with us before (if any) must disclose the details to the company HR.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications
• Experience with MDM tools and technologies, such as Informatica MDM, IBM Infosphere MDM, or SAP Master Data Governance.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Certification in MDM or related disciplines (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) is a plusge code.
