Role - Senior Quality Analyst.

What will You do?
Effective communication, presentation, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills to manage complex tasks, issues and deadlines.Effective feedback delivery, coaching and listening skills.Validates the integrity of insights across data sourcing and translation workflows to ensure highest-level accuracy on deliverables.Verification of data sources for integrity and reliability.Regular audits of ongoing analysis work to ensure adherence to methodologies and quality standards.Use of checklists and templates to maintain consistency in data interpretation and insights generation.Peer reviews: Insights and recommendations are reviewed by peers or senior team members for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.Client feedback loops: Incorporate feedback from Global Insights team to refine and validate insights.Development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for insights generation and presentation.Maintaining a knowledge base of methodologies, tools, and case studies for continuous learning and improvement.What will You need to Succeed?
Prior experience as a QA.Experience in Digital Marketing.Understanding of Quality Control and Governance processes pertaining to data.Collaborative and growth mindset, implementing feedback and direction quickly.Proven approach for understanding insights generated from social media listening tools (Brandwatch, Sysomos, Talkwalker, etc).Proficiency in leveraging syndication tools such as Comscore, Quantcast,MRI, etc. for QA purposes.GlobalWebIndex,Simmons,Proficient in handling, analyzing and interpreting data in an insightful manner.Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.Excellent critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, organization and time management skills and superior attention to detail.Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.Basic understanding of mobile and web technologies and tools.Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics or related fields.Skilled using Microsoft Office or G Suite (e.g. Macros; Pivot Tables).3+ years of experience in quality assurance, data analytics, report development, or other similar discipline.Must Have Skills:
Digital Marketing.Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal).Problem Solving.Analytical, Data Interpretation.SOP creation, data analytics, report development.Social Media listening tools (Brandwatch, Sysomos, Talkwalker, etc).Proficiency in leveraging syndication tools such as Comscore, Quantcast, Global WebIndex, Simmons, MRI, etc. for QA purposes.MS Office.What’s in it for you?
