Responsibilities :Agile Collaboration and Communication:Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development process, including planning, refinement, review, and retrospective meetings. Work closely with the Product Owner to understand requirements and ensure that acceptance criteria are clear and testable.Communicate effectively with developers and other team members to ensure a mutual understanding of the product and its challenges.Test Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain test strategies and plans that align with the sprint goals and overall project objectives. Create detailed, effective test cases and scripts based on user stories and acceptance criteria. Execute manual and automated tests during sprints to ensure continuous integration and deployment readiness.Quality Assurance and Control: Serve as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards before they are deployed. Monitor all stages of software creation to identify system malfunctions and help diagnose software issues.Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects and inconsistencies. Work closely with the development team to facilitate quick resolutions. Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.Automation and Tool Utilization: Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to support effective testing and results reporting. Contribute to the enhancement of automated testing practices and tools.Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospective meetings to suggest improvements to make the development process more efficient. Stay up to date with new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices in Agile testing. Requirements

Qualifications:

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Test Analyst, Test Engineer, or similar roleStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExperience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test casesHands-on experience with both white box and black box testingExperience with automated testing toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience with performance and/or security testingCertifications such as ISTQB or CSTE is preferredFamiliarity with programming languages and scripting s preferred3 + years of SAP experience in testing SAP FICO Areas with a proven record of accomplishment as a tester for large and complex SAP business-system transformation programs.Ability to support other FICO team members in testing and helping in all support, Adhoc related queries for FICO modulesExperience in creating, modifying, and enhancing manual Test casesExperience in performing Manual Testing and Automated testingExperience in developing Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts and Test EstimationsFunctional unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, End to End Testing Validation Testing, User Acceptance testing (UAT) and Defect managementPost review of validation of test runs with data sheets used for executionMust have had hands-on experience with Configuring and implementing SAP solutions and modules (specifically FICO), covering business processes in finance, and controlling.ERP -- SAP S4/HANA, SAP ECCUser experience and Mobility -- SAP FIORIAdministration systems -- SAP Solution Manager, Strong knowledge of HP ALM & TOSCA is required
